At Craig City School District and across the state , I provide support and leadership for technology in learning. We use laptops, iPads, robots, probes, and our rich environment to encourage , problem solving, collaboration, curiosity and engagement to support growth for each and every student. We have united staff across Southeast Alaska to support the efforts to integrate the careers and STEM into all content areas in K-5 as we have found no extra time for additional classes. We use the summer camp for teachers model to allow teachers to network and collaborate with other educators , become aware of what career opportunities are available in Southeast Alaska that connect to their classroom content and students interests.
