A presentation on current and future workforce development efforts in the state, followed by an interactive round table discussion on needs, trends and strategies for preparing the next generation of Alaska's workers. The unique needs, challenges, and opportunities we face as a state will be the focus of this session. As a group we will identify some actionable items and strategies for future collaboration.
