We will learn STOIC (Structure, Teach Expectations, Observe, Interact Positively, and Correct Fluently); representing five variables you can experiment with to try to guide students toward the goal of respectful, responsible, motivated behavior. You must bring a Safe & Civil School's CHAMPS or Discipline in the Secondary Classroom book.
